Neutrality - Sterling is carrier-neutral, network-neutral and protocol neutral. Unlike captive data centers operated by a single carrier, Sterling's neutrality allows Sterling clients to select vendors, networks and protocols which best fit their requirement, without proprietary, captive or other carrier-specific constraints.

Interconnections - Sterling provides cross-connections to any carrier designated by a client within 48 hours. Our standard cross-connection service includes dedicated cabling, testing of physical layer, tagging and termination.
